This project was a multi-faceted lift and re-lay of paving stones, including a driveway, walkway and patio, as well as cleaning and sealing. During the estimate, Ostap listened to me and came up with great suggestions for several existing problems. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. They worked hard and put in long hours, which made the project go more quickly. They suggested a small amount of additional work, which made a lot of sense, but was not mandatory. I am very happy with the work they did, it still looks great and the water flows away from our foundation now. I would highly recommend them to any one needing interlocking stone work!

OP Group has done outstanding unit paving work for the Peel and Gladstone Streetscape project! I am a landscape designer working on the project and it has been wonderful working with OP Group! The group laid unit paving as per the custom and complex design for the Gladstone Hotel Patio where dark pavers are laid to follow the columns of the building and fade out in a subtle way, and the design was realized by the team. OP Group has also done an outstanding job laying unit paving for layby parking in a horizontal herringbone pattern that was aligned and cut in a even manner. Petro, Ostap, Oleg and Nazar are so great to work with! They have a wonderful positive attitude and it is so great to collaborate with them! I most highly recommended this team for any unit paving work!

I highly recommend the OP Group and would use their services again without hesitation. They responded to my urgent request immediately and were able to arrange a prompt visit to provide a quote and were able to arrange their team to complete the job within a day to meet my timelines. They completed two jobs, fixing driveway interlocking and installing backyard stairs, efficiently and to a high quality. They went above and beyond what was initially discussed to ensure the stairs that were installed had railings would meet future inspection needs.

They really care about their work and they seem to really take the time to do it the best they can. Very patient with any detail. They were always on time and finished the job when they promised. I hired OP group after I fired another contractor who was about 25% cheaper. The other contractor did not care to use string lines to establish his levels, was walking on the leveled bedding before laying the bricks, and had an arrogant demeanor. I realised that the cheapest price is never the best option in this kind of work.

Got OP Group to quote competitively with another contractor and decided to hire OP after asking Ostap to walk me through his work process. Today, he did everything he said he was going to do and the finished interlock job is a pleasure to look at. I was particularly impressed that Ostap was supervising his crew and also doing key parts of the work (measurements, level checking, layout of the work) himself. I dont believe in fixing bad workmanship under warranty etc. So I try to hire contractors who pay attention to following best practice. So I advise anyone reading this to ask the contractor's site supervisor to describe in detail, exactly what he is going to do. He won't be able to do that if he can't speak English.

Ostap was in charge of a crew that is also his extended family members. I am a construction guy myself and I respect good workmanship. So for these reasons I would recommend OP for reasonable prices (mid price range) and good workmanship.

We found OP Group and Ostap through Homestars. They did a fantastic job in doing our driveway, entry and back yard.

Initially we were only going to do the front of the house but after talking with Ostap and feeling confident, we decided to redo our back yard and around our pool as well. They used a combination of Interlock and Granite.

Communication was great. We went away and Ostap sent us pictures every day of the progress. They worked quickly, were cognizant of our neighbours and finished everything exactly when promised.
