We hired Qualita to renovate our 30-year-old bathrooms. After talking to several different potential contactors, Gahida and Carlos immediately set us at ease. I was very happy to find such a resourceful, caring, and experienced team (Gahida and Carlos) to service my home leak that had caused damaged to a suite below. I had previously contacted multiple restoration companies and decided to go with Qualita because Gahida was pleasant, caring, and knowledgeable. I made the right decision 100% because Gahida and Carlos helped me every step of the way. They were very available to answer my questions immediately, come by for inspections and check ups, and provided excellent service. I engaged Qualitia to update my 1986 condo. This square box had a room off the living room and dining room , which while almost 80 sq.ft. did not fit into my lifestyle or fill any particular use. Location of this room impacted the entire living area. Working with this team, i was able to gain approval from my strata to remove the partition walls. A structural column, in the middle, we made this bigger than necessary to give some use and interest to the room. We also built a spot for a fireplace with area for TV and sound system. Carlos was so easy to work with and design this on the spot. This work included moving the dining room, a lot of new electrical, we refinished the 1980s popcorn ceiling to beautiful new flat ceilings .
The entire time I was living in the condo. The attention to detail , the daily cleaning of my area and the common areas of the condo did not go unnoticed by others. They are very professional. I was so happy with the work i had the bedroom ceiling done as well...

Sometimes one just has to submit a review because it is the right thing to do. Qualita Property services have exceeded our expectations in all aspects of our project. We had a small job that was met with all the focus of a large job. Our shower floor tile kept coming loose. From the very first phone call with Gahida to the very final touch by Carlos, the interaction was professional and first rate. Carlos' very keen eye and attention to detail funneled to a top quality finish of our shower floor. He obviously carries years of experience as he diagnosed our problem from a couple of photos. Where everyone else wanted to demolish everything, he understood that was a waste of money and material. His repair corrected the original problem and left it in a better state than ever before. Gahida's communication is also a five star review and left us with no guess work. She explained everything with a fine tooth comb that left us without questions.

The job was started on the day they said they would and finished in exactly the time quoted. Professional, courteous, punctual and high end. What can I say. We are very impressed and would easily call on Qualita again.

My husband and I have gone through many renovations with our condo, townhouse and current house. We are so pleased with the bathroom upgrade for our 30 yr old bathroom. Working with Gahida and Carlos made everything easy, great communication, flexible when we changed our minds on a new tub and quality of work is excellent, we had an all new bathroom in 1 week. This was so important for us because this was our only full bath, we cannot thank them enough. Looking forward to working with Gahida and Carlos on our kitchen upgrade.

We hired Qualita to renovate our master bedroom and en suite. They are extremely professional, knowledgeable, and caring people. From the start they put our well-being first. Due to the age of our house there were concerns, which we were not aware of, that there could be asbestos used previously. During their initial visit they offered to take samples to be tested to confirm if there was asbestos present or not. This was before we even agreed to work with them. Thankfully the tests came back negative for asbestos.

We also had 2 large dogs that can be a handful. I’m not sure, but I strongly suspect they were treating the dogs better than us (and they were treating us with the upmost respect and care). During the renovation one of our dogs was diagnosed with terminal cancer and we had to let her go. This was an extremely tough time for our family. Gahida & Carlos were so supportive, caring, and thoughtful during this time. They are truly beautiful people.

The workmanship totally exceeded our expectations. With Gahida’s drawings and walking us through the process and Carlos’s meticulous attention to detail, our bathroom and bedroom have become our sanctuary.

We fully recommend Qualita to anyone looking for renovations, construction, etc. We are very much looking forward to working with Carlos, Gahida, and little Laura on our next project! – Which is already being planned, a home office renovation.

Our basement washroom was in dire need of an overhaul. It was basically untouched for 25 years. We needed some improving in our laundry area as well. Qualita worked with us to help define what we needed to do. They were excellent at understanding our budget and what would work best given our small space. The craftsmanship was outstanding. We couldn't be happier with how well everything turned out. We would definitely use Qualita Property Services again.

My bathroom was completely renovated, new vanity, sink, toilet, tile flooring, in-floor heating, shower stall retiled and now has a tile floor. Replaced the bathroom fan, mirror and added pendant lighting. Qualita was recommended to me by a close friend who has high expectations and has done a lot of renovations herself. She was very impressed by the workmanship, their commitment to the job, their reliability and that they always cleaned up at the end of the day. I was impressed by the same things in addition to the amount of time that Gahida spent with me for months ahead of time. She patiently helped me pick out floor and shower tiles which took a couple of months and many trips to a variety of tile stores. She was constantly sending me emails and texts with suggestions. She guided me but always respected my choices even if they were not her first recommendation. I'm very pleased with the final product.
