James came to replace a button that has popped off a sofa cushion still under the store warranty. He was quick, courteous, and well prepared. I would definitely use his services again. (It was covered under warranty, I don’t know the actual fee for repair but I had to select something)

I had a bench refurbished and James did an excellent job! Included piping and overall recovering. It's been two years and it still looks great and is in great condition..

Contacted a few companies who weren't interested in taking on the job as it was apparently too small. James was great! He replaced the foam and reupholstered the chaise for me. A great job and a pleasure to interact with.

Arlow Upholstery - Ethan Allen Sofa recovering. - Worst job I have ever seen. Wrapping of couch you can now see the unevenness of wrapping and feel the wood on the arms. Desking done in worst cheap polyester fabric not cotton. Very poor workmanship. John's only recourse was for me to buy more fabric. He quoted the yardage. Lorraine Toronto
