Replacement of two tub tap cartridges and one diverter

Co-owner accepted the job. Sends an unqualified young plumber. Had to lend him several of my own tools and had to tell him what to do. Took him way too long. Bill around $600. We had other plumbers over the last few years doing the same job in the same building for less than $300. We will not use this company again.
