We did our homework to plan for our basement development and Melanson stood out as a quality contractor. We were completely satisfied with choosing Melanson as they delivered as advertised. Our project was managed professionally with great collaboration, utilizing the Buildertrend tool, and we are thrilled with the results.

This project was done pretty close to schedule. The quality of workmanship was fantastic. Any dealing with regards to issues and problems that arose with the project was dealt with on timely basis. Attention to detail was excellent. Highly recommend this team !!

Only issue that arose was an issue around pricing with their sub contractor for flooring and tile. Would not use that subcontractor again.

Melanson Homes and Renovations (MHR) is wonderful. They were extremely responsive, thorough competitive and highly professional. The communication was consistent, clear and timely. Despite the fact that we found ourselves juggling a number of priorities and had to delay our project, the service provided by MHR never changed. They're flexible, patient and understanding. All in all my experience working with MHR was excellent. I highly recommend them and will use them in the future.

We are very happy with our full home renovation by Melanson Homes & Renovations. Jeff, Brad and Leslie-Ann are very professional as well as knowledgeable in their field. This was our first time renovating and we had a ton of questions throughout the entire process which were all answered timely and truthfully. The entire process from start to finish was extremely well organized and streamlined. We loved their use of the Buildertrend app which allowed us to see where we were in the process from week to week as well as an overview of our material/product selections and budget.
Their devotion to excellence is truly admirable. They were meticulous about every detail of our renovation and nothing went unnoticed or missed. These guys have renovations down to a science which allowed them to stay on time during our project. This, as we’ve come to learn from other’s experiences, is almost unheard of, especially in a full home renovation. We will continue to recommend them to anyone we know looking to build or renovate.

We hired Melanson Homes for a full basement development. Our experience was wonderful. They were professional, punctual and kept the work schedule and finishing to the discussed timeline. This was the biggest project we have ever hired out and we were very nervous. We were happy on the end to have made the choice to use their company as we felt they made the process smooth for us.
