Kitchen and Dining Room Remodel
Tim and his team did a fantastic job with our kitchen and dining room remodel. The project was significant, involving the removal of a large load-bearing wall to join the two spaces, and a complete re-design of our dated kitchen.
From the very onset of hiring Edge, I knew we were in good hands. Both him and his lead renovator (also Tim) were very clear about what the project would involve, from permitting and obtaining engineer drawings, to demo, moving electrical/plumbing and all the other steps that would be required to close off the project (tiling, installing new lighting, putting in new Cabinets etc.).
His team always showed up on time, kept the site clean, were very polite and respectful, and sought our input when things needed to change. Tim had a well planned out schedule to wrap-up the job quicker than other contractors would have, with the project ending within the planned timelines and all materials arriving on time. He provided amazing advice on how to optimize the kitchen space, and when selecting the right Cabinets and finishing. Renovator Tim is a true craftsman, never cutting corners and ensuring all of his work is perfect. Whether it be tiling, drywalling or HVAC, he truly knows his stuff. Dave (Edge's Cabinet installer) did an amazing job ensuring a flawless install of our new cabinets and island.
I interviewed 8+ contactors for this job, and can say without a doubt I'm glad I went with Edge. Would recommend them for any project you might be considering.
