We wanted some dimmer switches installed inside five rooms as well as install multiple outlets that had been pre-wired in the garage. As well these lines needed to be connected to the circuit breaker panel.

Terin promptly responded to my post and arrived on time of our appointment. He was very efficient in completing the dimmer installation AND the garage outlets. He also labeled all circuits on my previously unmarked box.

I was very please with the work and the work ethic and will recommend him to anyone looking for electrical work.

Electrician arrived promptly at appointed time and after assessing requested work, provided cost and proceeded to complete the task
in a friendly and timely manner. Will definitely call upon their services again.

Upgrade on an older home. Terin helped us ten years ago with an upgrade. He did what a large electrical company was not willing to do. He’s my electrician!!!! Great communicator and listener. Professional and punctual. He even cleans up any mess. Would highly recommend him.

On Friday, September 28, 2018, I hired Terin Kerr of
Real Canadian Electric Ltd to assess the electrical issues in my home.
The electrician, Terin Kerr, arrived on time, introduced himself and asked me questions about specific electrical concerns, as well as over all electrical issues in my home. I explained that at least 4-5 other families had lived in the house before me and had made some interesting repairs. I didn’t feel safe in my home.
Terin listened to my concerns; asked questions; shared what he would be doing; explained the costs; and expertly repaired what needed to be fixed. He then checked all of the other outlets and took the time to show me what he was doing and why.
One specific concern that I had was that the light for the basement is in the basement. Out of concern for my safety he asked if I would be interested in a remote controlled switch for the basement stairs. He explained and demonstrated how the remote control would work and what its ’cost would be. I LOVE IT!! Thank you Terin!! I finally feel safe to go downstairs into the basement. I have already recommended Terin to my family members and neighbours.
Terin gave me confidence in my home. He assured me, and reassured me that I have a safe and cozy home. It was built in a different time. no longer have to worry about an electrical fire burning down my home.

This was a last minute request when Terrin came to inspect some dimmer switches in my home. I mentioned my interest in removing some lighting fixtures and replacing them with pot lights. Terrin was so great at making sure to install the lighting in 2 rooms, all before 5pm so that I could surprise my husband. Not only did he do a great job putting in the lights, he also cleaned up and put all the furniture back exactly as he found it. What amazing service! All this at really reasonable pricing too! We are more than pleased with the great work by Real Canadian Electric Ltd. and would happily recommend this company to anyone who needs electrical work done.

I just wanted to let you know how pleased I was with the amazing quality service of Terin. His challenges with the lighting fixture notwithstanding, he remained optimistic and helpful in providing me with a variety of suggestions on how to make it right. His personality and good nature was only exceeded by his professional attitude in competing the tasks at hand. I cannot tell you how much I appreciated everything that he did to remedy the situation quickly and efficiently!

While this repair work due to the flood from the roof has been long in being completed, the journey has been made so pleasurable by the quality of all of the workmen you have sent to me. We had Terin come by to install some pot lights in our home. When our home was initially built, it was designed for lamps so it felt very dark. From the estimate to the installation, Terin provided great service and our formerly dark family room now feels much brighter.

When he came for the estimate, he gave us a good overview of what our options were regarding number and size of lights to get optimal lighting coverage as well as how to lay them out from a design perspective. He made sure that all our questions were answered before we went through with the work, which was nice. We weren't there for the installation, so he kept us up to date by texting us a few pictures of the work in progress. Finally, when we got home after the work was done, we could barely tell he had been there since he had done such a good job of cleaning up.

Thanks again Terin. We are loving the new lights and look forward to having you install a ceiling fan for us soon.
