I contacted Ardi from Competent Home Inspection on a short notice to conduct a pre-purchase home inspection for a client of mine in Toronto. Coming from an engineering background, Ardi provided valuable information on overall condition of the house components, and gave tips/recommendations to the client for addressing defects prior selling to help sell faster, and for more money.
