BEWARE!!! Used him for a few jobs on a large reno. We paid him after each job. He built a relationship with us and eventually walked off with $1200 he said he was using on a furnace. Haven't seen the furnace or money - that was 6 months ago. NOT reputable. We have given him multiple opportunities to make things right. Dropping off the furnace, which he of course doesn't have, and paying us back in instalments. Other professionals we've since worked with have heard of his work and reputation and have cleaned up behind him. We are certainly not the first.
