I had imagined messy old plaster walls being replaced, however he recommended that we could achieve what I was looking for without the high cost or mess; he did not try to ‘up sell’ me. Refreshing.

Walter checked in along the way to ensure that I was happy with the work, and was always respectful about being in our space, ensuring that the worksite was clean before he left.
