I've spoken to a number of companies regarding my irrigation and sodding needs, and The Sprinkler Company came on top. Not only were they the most economical, Mike was also very helpful, friendly, and accommodating with my demanding requirements. He's upfront and honest with his recommendations, gives options but does not up-sell. He also answers my texts and answers my calls, which says a lot about this guy and his company.

Mike helped coordinate schedule with the landscaper, and he came to lay down the pipes right after the backyard was excavated. He did a lot of the digging by himself. I'm really impressed with his dedication to the business and commitment to make customers happy.

On installation day, his team came at 8am, and a few minutes after, they started to get to work. He ran me through the scope of the work (again), where heads and sprayers will be placed, etc.

His team really worked hard (even skipping lunch), always gave me a big smile, and answered my questions respectfully. In my backyard, they did a good job everything putting back, as if nothing happened. They were very meticulous in preparing the ground and laying the sod.

They cleaned up well after the job was completed. Ben, the team's foreman, stayed to show me how the whole system works, including adjusting the heads and sprayers. He also inspected the pipe that connects to the faucet. He found a really really tiny gap that may cause a teeny weeny drip. He wasn't satisfied with that so he remedied it until it was fully dry with zero leaks.

To wit, the following was completed:
1. Sprayers and drip hose for the backyard
2. Sprinkler heads and re-sodding from the front yard
3. Sprayers and re-sodding for the side yard

I highly recommend this company. You won't regret. Fine, do your due diligence, but at the end of the day, I am confident you'll come back and sign the deal with them.

The Sprinkler Company installed a system in my front yard. I got exactly what I wanted with some recommendations from Alex. The crew was very efficient and worked cleanly. They are also friendly. Other than the sprinkler heads on the grass and a couple sticking out of the bushes, you can’t tell that a system was installed in my yard. The grass was put back in place and there was no mud all over the place (something that I have seen before). Alex can be a little difficult to get in touch with but understandably, he is a very busy person but he does get back to you. I would recommend The Sprinkler Company to anyone looking for a system.

Alex and team came this morning to create a new irrigation system in my property. Worked very professionally and clean. The system that was installed is just perfect. Easy to operate, perfect coverage and perfect separation for zoning. They finished everything in one day.

Needed repairs on existing system so I completed web contact forms for the 4-5 Homestars 2020 winners. The Sprinkler Company was the only one to respond. They came promptly, quoted promptly and reasonably and then came to do they job. Daniel the technician was excellent and very friendly. There was a leak later that week that they came back and fixed promptly as well. I would highly recommend their services and specifically Daniel the tech.

I highly recommend this company. I found them through homestars as well. I had a inground sprinkler system installed for my front yard. I was very impressed from the beginning to the end. The crew showed up on time, they were very professional, very friendly and were done in less then 3 hours. They cleaned everything up. They did such an amazing job, and they restored my grass back to the way it was. My neighbors were so impressed they are now going to contact the The Sprinkler Company to have one installed on their property. Their prices are amazing as well. I have been with this company for 7 years and I finally decided to write a review.

First of all, I want to say that if Alex gives you a price, then this is really the right price. He never gives a price more than what it costs. Sometimes it may seem like the system repair is not complicated, but Alex always explains the problem and the work that has to be done to give you a legitimate understanding of what you are paying for.

In my case, my watering system was done by another company and after a year I was not satisfied with how the system was working. I called The Sprinkler Company and Alex came. He restored the system and I stayed as their client. They opened and closed my system every year, but it seemed to me that I was paying too much. After 4 years I contacted another company that serviced Richmond Hill and Vaughan. Not only did I pay a lot of money for the service, but the system was not work efficiently. In the end I received a huge water bill because this company did not fix the pipe from which the water constantly ran. I called Alex again and am happy to be with The Sprinkler Company Inc.
