We hired Smart Quality Assurance General Contracting to do a complete bathroom repair and renovation for us after water damage. Doug's friendly manner was evident from the initial phone call. He was honest and informative as he explained the work that needed to be completed, materials needed, and what it would cost. The cost was broken down for us, and there were no hidden surprises. We paid what we were quoted. He patiently answered all of our questions throughout the renovation process. Doug and his colleagues were consistently courteous and respectful while in our home. He and his team were very reliable; they came and left when they said they would, and they completed the job in a timely fashion. We are so happy with our new bathroom!
