I recommend Upper Canada Building Services for an interior renovation because John and his team were very professional and communicated openly throughout the whole project. They removed a wall in my kitchen/dining room with the job finishing on 7 March 2019. John communicated openly on all aspects of the job and in an ongoing fashion. He also did ongoing quality control of the job and enforced the highest quality standards. The scope of the job changed very quickly due to structural issues on a home built in the 1940's and he was on top of that immediately and went above and beyond what he needed to do to keep the renovation moving forward. His team was very professional. He price quoted for the minimum work but made me aware of potential issues and the associated costs that could come up. He used his contacts to find an engineer to do structural design work even though it was not his responsibility which is an another example of him going above and beyond to make the project go smoothly.

Everything, from doing "BOISERIE" on my walls, installation of massive chandeliers, to picking ME up to look for paint colours and silently fixing faucets & weather stripping on your front door, while you are getting ready to go to work….
