Company Response

Hello Tracy,

Responding to the pictures on your review.

As discussed, we said would replace the rail if it couldn’t be fixed when we are out there next week.

We have had numerous conversations about the doors. The supplier has acknowledged the error. They went off the legend on the plans and didn’t double check the actual drawings to see the swings. Since these are custom doors they have a long lead time to get replaced. We purchased extra doors for your project, that you did NOT pay for. We did this to get your garage to the lock up stage while we waiting for the correct doors to arrive. We advised you the doors were in stock before this review was posted and even gave you an install date.

The quality wood was brought up after framing. We asked if you would like the 10 or so studs to be replaced. That offer was declined.

We do not consider this finished. We originally quoted you on the boarding of your back hallway which did not include tape/mud. We then offered a great deal on the exterior walls of the garage to be boarded and receive one coat of mud. That change order was approved and signed off on. We did not include any millwork in our quote.

We have a photo of the drywall in that corner. The last time we were on site. It was NOT that damaged.

Again, we offer to switch out lumber. It was declined. If you are referring to that not being drywalled. The drywall confirmed that a door would be installed there in the future and would leave it like this for you.
