After getting quotes from three different companies, I went with Igor and his team to replace four windows in my house. Right from the start, Igor was professional and provided excellent customer service. The windows were replaced in the time frame that was promised. One of the windows had scratches on it, Igor called the manufacturer, and it was replaced the next morning, and he provided me with a discount for the inconvenience. Great Customer Service!
