We experienced a major leak in our flat roof that required immediate attention. Further to that, we live on a main street with very little to no side access and a laneway garage in the back making it difficult/costly for a bin to be placed close to our house. We called a few places for quotes and were quite disappointed as the contractors were unresponsive, disinterested and/or vague; estimates were overstated or incomplete.
