UCD was bad on many levels. For a new home build, they were contracted to do the entire home's insulation and drywall. They gave poor advice on insulation (or no advice). They were always very difficult to get on site and were the hold up in the process for work on the home. The quality of installation was poor - bad taping jobs, dings and dents that should have been fixed (that the builder also did not catch), an overall poor look to it that is frustrating to look at every day now living in the home. Fabio, the owner, is very difficult to deal with. Unresponsive (doesn't answer his cell, email, etc), and when you do talk to him he is, in a word, snarly and uses intimidation to manage his workers and his customers. Stay far away.
