BEWARE of this company, its product and service
Its been almost 3 years that I have been waiting for Emilio to fix or solve the defective counter top quartz that he installed in my home.
He appears to be very nice at first, but when there are issues, he will avoid you and make false promises. He blamed the manufacture for the defective quartz. He continues to avoid my calls and is refusing to do anything about it. The product is not worth the money and Emilio is not a trustworthy person. He does not care about the clients once you have paid him. The product stains easily and has worn out edges all around it
The product is not care free- It stains with anything and I have to use special product to clean it . Overall Emilio is taking no responsibility for this
