Sina was a pleasure to work with and guided us through every aspect of a very high end custom home design. I would recommend him to anyone looking to build their dream home as he is very attentive to detail and is throughly knowledgeable in custom home design and build.

Im not quite sure how this company can have a negative review when my experience has been nothing but amazing! From pre-to post the quality has been unbelievably fantastic. Sina took the time to review my vision with me and bring it to life with in budget! I love my forever home and will happily and in good faith recommend Sina to anyone looking for a pure professional.

We invested with sina and hired “sina architectural designs” for a pre construction located at 105 bayview ridge. Long story short, we ended up trusting sina with our investment (over $1.2M) and it went to zero. He totally defrauded us, we had to hire lawyers to sue him for damages and won but he has yet to pay us back even a single dollar. I would NEVER recommend using sina or his company for anything. Buyers/investors beware!
