My contractor suggested we use Tom from Norris Electrical. We liked Tom immediately! As we walked through our home Tom was full of ideas and suggestions.
His common sense ideas were great. For instance, a motion sensor light switch in the laundry room so you don't have to turn the light on or off when you have an arm full of laundry. Or his idea of a putting a timer switch in the powder room to turn the lights and fan off.
He put ultra thin pot LED pot lights in so you don't have to worry about ceiling joists and LED work lights in the work room.
During the renovation, Tom found a number of problems and infractions completed during a previous renovation (It was a little scary what he found!). All were corrected and now we have the peace of mind that our house is safe.
Tom took care of the permits and scheduling an inspection. He's very conscientious of building codes, insurance, energy efficiency and safety. This is my 4th renovation and I thought I had a pretty good handle on electrical work until I met Tom. He's the best!
