I posted this job in fall. Niall gave me a quote along with two other companies. My situation changed and I couldn't afford to do the repair in fall. Niall was the only one who treated me nicely and told me it is okay. He said call me when ready!
Others just gave me hard time on wasting their time.
In spring I saved enough money to do the job. Called Niall. He came and did the job himself. I am not an expert but I love his job. He also fixed a brick fireplace we have at NO extra charge.
This guy is a man of his word, salt of the earth genuine good guy and VERY skilled at his job.
