I have had to pull the review on RMR due to issues faced with the owner.

Unfortunately he did not follow through his promise and instead of trying to resolve the issue, he blocked my number and walked away with my money.
It should be noted this company does not own any assets or equipment and they rent for each job. You cannot claim against the company as they do not own any assets.
I would not recommend dealing this company or individual.

We signed a contract with Ryan on July 16, 2018 to dig around the full foundation and put a back entrance in.
The work was completed on the 3 sides on time and work was excellent. .
The back entrance experienced some delays but Ryan came back and he completed.
I received many compliments on how well the stairs and entrance was done.
Ryan also provided a discount due to delays which was excellent.
There has been significant amount of rain over the past few months and basement is bone dry.
I am very happy with the work that was done and the price.
In obtaining 5 quotes, RMR came in with the best price.
I would recommend RMR again but would recommend building a slightly longer time frame if the work you are doing is more than just waterproofing.

He has promised to come back to complete the work.
