Fast Appliance Repair

We had trouble with our LG oven overheating. Called Fast Appliance Repair and assured us they were certified to repair LG appliances. Their technician arrived and diagnosed that the control board was faulty. Charged $73, then were advised that they couldn't get the part, not LG certified after all, contrary to what we were told! They obviously knew upfront and were completely dishonest with us, looking to make a buck on a 15 minute service call! To make it worse, we contacted LG directly and they provided the names of two local LG certified appliance repair companies. The one we contacted came out, diagnosed the same problem and replaced the faulty control board on the spot and there was 'no charge' because it was under recall by LG unbeknownst to us! I contacted Fast Appliance and challenged them about being deceptive and asked for our money back. We never received it! Dishonest company, we would highly recommend NOT engaging them in your repairs!

Front load washer was not draining properly. Called for service and got an appointment for next day. The tech called to let me know he was 20mins away. He showed up on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. It was a simple repair and he made sure to let me know what was needed and what wasn't. I appreciated his honesty as another company quoted me to get a new pump when all I needed was to clear the debris for a fraction of the price. Will definitely recommend to family/friends.

Called for an estimated cost for service call which was gladly provided. Scheduled an appointment the following day. Technician was on time. He made a quick diagnostic, provided the quote and had equipment on hand. Prompt attention to detail and took time to outline the diagnostic.

Allan came out to service my upright freezer. I chose not to get the work done, as it was more than what I paid for the unit, but Allan was honest, on time and courteous.

Your tech was very helpful and honest. I thought I would need to replace the pump turns out it was just clogged up he showed me how to clean it myself if it happens again. Only cost me the service call instead of the hundreds I thought it would be. Would recommend to everyone. I also had a fridge repaired a while back and same great service then.

I just had this company come out and repair a washer that was not draining. Without my authorization he replaced the drain pump and then showed me a bill for $475 for the total cost to repair. I told the repair gentlemen that I did not authorize you to go ahead with the repair and called the general line. The receptionist tried to assist but she couldn't get in touch with her manager. At the end, he told me I'm going to take the new part out and charge you the service charge and I didn't want him touching my appliance anymore so he brought the bill down to $300 and I paid it. I am still not happy with this service and how he went about it all. I hope to eventually get a call from the owner to resolve this horrible experience. Be careful with this company!

I needed a replacement for a drain hose. Any other washing machine in the world I would have done myself. LG is an over complex machine. Alex was on time, friendly, and obviously knew what he was doing. Thanks Alex! (the price quoted was the price I payed)

Was vacuuming out the lint trap when part of the crevice tool became dislodged into the dryer. Tried to get it out but couldn't and it started rattling around and then got wedged into the dryer. We couldn't find it but our service man took the machine apart in about 8 minutes and found it and voila it is running just fine. Thank you for your fast service !!
