Assisted Review

An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.

I have the black slate roof and it looks great. It is a little noisier in the rain on the top floor but I cannot hear anything on the first floor. The men worked 12 hour days and finished very fast. Communication would have been easier if someone on the team spoke English. Some people going by had questions so maybe you should put brochures or business cards on the sign. Many of my neighbors have stopped me to say how much they like it. I will have to wait until winter to see if it performs as advertised and sheds the snow. The men cleaned up very well and did not damage my bushes.

Approximate cost of services:
$24,500.00

Company Response

Hello Paulette,
Thanks for your feedback and rating. Great that the neighbours also appreciated how your property looks with your roof. We are confident that winters will go by smoothly now that your roof will shed ice and snow much easier.
Nice that we delivered your project according to the schedule - we do have a hard-working team. We very much value their workmanship, responsibility, punctuality and attention to detail. We will pay extra attention to ensure our communications are at the same level of all other aspects of the service.
Regards,
Carlos
