Tailored contracting did an amazing job. They showed up on time and did the work. They were clean and efficient. They worked fast and meet every deadline. They went over and above. I would highly recommend them. They were very proficient and professional.

Lucas and his team did a great job with multiple small projects we had in our home. They were on time, cleaned up after they were done, and communicated any issues. Great team to work with. They came in on budget, on time, and did the work very well. They were also one of the few companies to get back to me in a timely manner and at very reasonable price. Animals were getting under our shed, and they provided suggestions on how to address it. In the end, a trench was dug around the perimeter, existing stones cleared, wire meshing installed and concrete poured on top. Finally, sod and grass reinstalled for a clean look. The work done was great.

had purchased a door slab for my bedroom ensuite and needed it hung. Guys showed up on time. Did a great job. I had purchased all the materials, but forgot the door jams. These guys went to the store and bought them for me, produced the bill and the job was completed. I will definitely use them again.

Tailored Contracting came highly recommended from a good friend of mine that had quite a large project. I was initially concerned that my relatively small project wouldnt have been taken seriously. This was absolutely not the case. Lucas and his team always showed up exactly when they said they would. Completed the job in the same time frame that they said they would even with all the issues that fixing up a very old Toronto home comes with. Once the job was complete, any questions I had with any further projects were answered in a professional and respectfully, regardless of how small the project was. We recently used Tailored Contracting to renovate our 2 bathrooms. It was an absolute pleasure working with Lucas and his team. We are very happy with the end results and will be using them again for future work. Lucas and his team were polite and respectful, made every effort to ensure that they cleaned up after themselves at the end of each day and did their best to minimize any disruption. Lucas is very knowledgeable and transparent, he kept us informed throughout the entire process. As with any renovation, things dont always go as planned but Lucas was helpful at explaining all our options for the best outcome possible. Lucas provides a complimentary post renovation clean up which was a nice touch.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Lucas and his Tailored Contracting team for a full renovation of the main floor of our new (old) home.

We bought the house with certain renovations in mind, some of which were quite significant (e.g. removing walls to open up the kitchen and living space, completely gutting and rebuilding the kitchen and bathroom, relocating certain walls in the bedrooms, etc.) and others more cosmetic, but still important to us (e.g. replacing hardwood floors, removing popcorn ceilings, new doors and trim throughout, refinishing stairs and modernizing with glass, all new lighting, etc.).

Since this was our first time undertaking a project like this, we needed a lot of help and were looking to work with someone whose expertise and guidance we felt comfortable relying on.

Lucas was an absolute pleasure to work with from start to finish. From the beginning, he took the time to understand what we had envisioned, clearly explained our options and what he and his team would be able to do to bring our visions to life, and set realistic expectations regarding what we could achieve, within our budget.

As the project progressed, Lucas continually took the time to carefully explain everything, making sure we always understood and had an opportunity to ask questions, including discussing with us the impact to timelines and costs as a result of any changes we wanted to make.

We were extremely appreciative for his advice and recommendations throughout the project. I have to thank Lucas for his great patience in answering our many (many) questions along the way. The information and advice that he shared with us throughout the project gave us total confidence that our home would turn out exactly as we wanted (and it did!).

We also really appreciated Lucas' incredible attention to detail with all of the finishings, down to every last detail. It was clear that he takes tremendous pride in his work, and I have great respect for the fact that he did not consider the job finished until he was satisfied attaching his name to it. We always felt like our home was in great hands.

We are very happy with the high quality of workmanship and the skilled craftmanship of Lucas and his team, and are thrilled that our home is now just as we dreamed it would be! We will definitely be calling Lucas and his team back for any future work, and would highly recommend Tailored Contracting to anyone planning a renovation.
