Our BBQ is about 6 years old and recently, it was having issues getting hot, taking 30 minutes to get to 400 degrees F. I started to look for someone to service the BBQ. I found Handyman Jack on Homestars and called up to have our BBQ cleaned and serviced. A man who called himself Chris came and worked on the BBQ one morning, washing and checking connections. He said no new parts were required. When he was finished, he turned it on and it rose to temperature quite quickly. We used it that evening and it worked fine, rising to temperature quickly. Six days later I started the BBQ once again and the original problem was back, taking 30 minutes to heat up to 400 degrees F. I have called this company and emailed Chris and have had no responses whatsoever to my calls or emails. We have also texted him with no response. He has shown no interest in contacting me to resolve the problem. Do not use this company.
