Waited months for glass to come in. Then Steve did not complete the job even though the job was paid in full. Windows leaked after installed which never did before spoke to dashwood manufacturer who makes the glass and after speaking to them. They informed me the windows were not installed properly and they will probably not cover the warranty. Dashwood is sending me the last window so I can get it installed by someone else. We did a group purchase two of the other purchases didn't get any windows in after waiting over 8 weeks. I've waited even longer than them because I've ordered my windows 6 weeks before them I will never do business with this man again and cannot in good conscience recommend him. Spend a little more if you have to and go with someone more reputable and someone that will finish the job.

I hired Steve and his son to take a look at windows and give some advice. He was so helpful knowledgeable and courteous! Wow what a breath of fresh air. Being a woman, its hard not to be taken advantage of. Steve came in, measured and installed. These were not big jobs, but Steve did such a great job making everything look good and he is very courteous of keeping your place clean.
I am hoping to hire Steve again and would recommend him for any job such as carpentry, and odd difficult jobs that takes a craftsmen and good carpenter to do. Thanks Steve
