Rado is ultra responsive (answers your call), has practical advice, does superb work at a reasonable cost and arrives when he says he will. I am happy to recommend him highly.

Just moved into a new house and wanted to replace the existing lock sets. Radoslav was able to come the next day, he was super quick and efficient and did a great job. He made us several copies of the keys on the spot. He also didn’t make a mess at all (big points for my husband!)

Radoslav identified possible grip sets by email based on our stated preferences and installed one he recommended the same day we found it in the store. He also realigned the sticky garage door and made the front door snugger by carving out a bit of wood. He apologized for the wood chips but it was an easy clean up.

A kid had jammed a stick into garage side door lock and it broke off in the keyhole. Locksmith Express responded to the request I posted on HomeStars within a minute. In 30 minutes Radoslav was here and had the door open and locked repaired in no time. Definitely helped defuse the stress in this house!

Found Rado via HomeStars and compared him against a few other high-rated businesses. As we had several locks to work on, Rado was the only one who clearly outlined the various cost line items, and was transparent with after-hour fees vs. daytime. His pricing is comparable to others, but his service is top notch! Easy to communicate and book with -- entirely over email -- and very punctual! I had mis-communicated one of the locks and even though he brought (and opened) a new part, he didn't end up charging for it. Accepts assortment of payments and provides receipt.
Very respectful of indoor spaces (masked the entire time, even outdoors) and kept everything tidy and clean. Highly recommend Rado!

Out of town and the lock of my front door broke! Couldn't even open the door! Rado responded immediately and without understanding exactly what the problem was until his site visit, he offered numerous options that would resolve the issue, including going out to purchase a whole new lock set beforehand if need be. He assured me that he would do his best to repair the lockset before charging me for a replacement, which would have cost several hundred dollars. He came exactly when we were expecting him and fixed the existing lock, only charging me his flat rate for the service call and returned all the parts that he acquired on my behalf without any charge! This man is a KEY-PER!

My door knob was stuck and we could not open the back door. The lovely young man from Locksmith Express called he problem solved the likely problem and he arranged to fix the door latch the next day.
