My experience with Locksmith Express was excellent. It was a pretty stressful situation and Rado was very kind and understanding which made the situation better. Great communication, easy to book an appointment and was very patient setting up the Smart Lock. Rando pointed out and fixed some deficiencies with my door while he was there making the door operate smoother. I would recommend him here , to others personally and hire again in future.

Rado was great. Was able to move me up in his schedule. Was able to replace internal mechanisms of an interior door and instead of replacing the entire handle and repaired a misaligned and faulty front door deadbolt and it's never functioned better. Highly recommended. Great experience all around. Thanks

Radoslav has done work on our home before and did an excellent job, so it was natural to contact him again to change an old lockset for a door leading onto a balcony. Quick and efficient, he offered to adjust the door as the house had shifted a bit. Also, the front door lockset that he installed a year ago he adjusted. We feel we got very good value overall.
