Advised spring was probably broken & would have to replace lock. Rado arrived with a replacement lock but when door pried open found spring was fine but cylinder & handle had fallen off on other side of door. He reassembled & reinstalled lock. Over and above his scope of work, he checked other 8 doors & tightened screws. I am so impressed with his work ethics, professionalism & honesty. I would not hesitate to highly recommend Rado to not only my family & friends but also to my condo property manager.
