Scotty is very knowledgeable , prompt and forward in his line of work. he made sure the insulation was perfect along with the vapour barrier, he went above and beyond building codes to insure we had a tight seal on this new custom home. Scott came in as part of a bathroom renovation on a 28 year old house and spotted a couple of issues with the original installation.
Instead of just covering them up and fulfilling his scope of works, Scott showed me what he found and explained the issues to us and agreed to fix them.

For years I have had issues with rooms above my garage being cold, especially the floors; I finally decided to do something about it. Found Scott and his company on the Homestars site and I have to say I am very happy. He looked at my current situation ( builders' cheap foam spray in ceiling ) and recommended exactly what I needed to improve the situation; at a very reasonable cost. He was experienced, on time, and cleaned up after. End result, the rooms above the garage have seen a huge improvement in temperature, and even the inside of garage has become a comfortable place to sit in; should I want.
