Excellent service and communication
Our alarm system in Calgary stopped working and the company we were with did not attach any urgency to fixing it. Luckily we were on a month to month contract, and so we looked in Homestars to see who else would offer quality alarm services. We are SO glad we found Dave at Reed Security. His credentials are top knotch (A+ with BBB) and very good reviews on Homestars. We have had the most excellent experience with Dave. He came the very next day, and installed a new unit with great features. The price was competitive. We also had him install new motion detectors as the old ones were poor quality and old. He answers his phone right away or calls you back in short order. Very competent and very personable. Highly recommend Dave at Reed Security for your home alarm needs.
