We chose Omega Caulking to recaulk our bathtub based on reviews on Homestars. Austin Ruiz from Omega came to our house, did the work, and charged a reasonable price. We waited 24 hours to use the tub in order to let the caulk dry out properly. Once we started using the tub, we saw cracks and peeling caulk. When I confronted Austin about the substandard work, he said we hadn't waited 24 hours to use the tub, not stopping to think we might be right. When I pointed out that we had in fact waited 24 hours, Austin did not respond. I know Austin read that message because when we sent payment information (in order to put an end to the matter), he got that information clearly enough. Not only did he do substandard work, he got defensive about issues with his work. He was not remotely concerned with customer satisfaction. To say we are unhappy is putting it mildly. Now we have to get a competent company to redo the work.
Based on this experience, I would not recommend Omega Caulking to anyone.
