Conversion to Multi-Unit and Addition to property
We had to convert our property into a multi residential building. Ben helped us achieve a great design plan that looks amazing! He was very detail oriented and informative throughout the whole process. We did the full project during the pandemic through emails and phones calls and it went very smoothly. I will recommend his services to my friends and family. I can now say that I found a very good architect who can help me with my future projects! :)

Thank you Maria. Converting a two unit house to 6 unit has many challenges that all went well with the fire safety elements and the entire deign of the floors. This was a complicated project since start and I can't be happier that I even managed to skip committee of adjustments process.
