This is a repeat contractor for us, when we need work done we contact this company first and we always give them the job.

I contacted several roofing contractors. Only one bothered to try to follow up. However, Che Contracting came out to give an estimate quickly, carefully checked out the roof and made very well reasoned suggestions to improve the attic ventilation. The work crew came to do the work within days. They were courteous, answered and were responsive to my questions and the work they did was of high quality. They also cleaned up completely after they were through. I am very satisfied with the work, and recommend them highly.

Front stairs and entry of garage required repair/rebuilding due to crumbling concrete. Che Contracting carried out the work beautifully, professionally and at a reasonable cost. I am happy with the quality of the repair.
