Gancy was very responsive and was able to accommodate around our schedule. We enjoyed working with him as he seemed to be very knowledgeable and articulate every step of the way.

Gancy did amazing job on getting rid of our mouse issue. He was very punctual and come to attend the issue at the promised time. He is well experienced and knowledgeable, took time in explaining root cause of the issue in courteous and professional manner. Price he had offered was very competitive. We had big ants crawling inside the organic bin below the kitchen sink all the time. I have tried all the options but didn’t work. Then I got this reference. The guy came and completed his job with details in 2 hours (not only in kitchen but whole house). The results were satisfactory and haven’t seen a single ants or insects then after in my house. Best part is he gives heads up about what to do prior to his visit and after the treatment. Would definitely recommend to others.

We had mice problem in our house so we contacted Pestzone and Gancy came to our property which is in Oshawa. He was such a gentleman man and explain cause for mice issue and how to avoid in future mice problem. He did inspected whole property and plugged 1 hole and set traps in strategic areas. We appreciate service which we received from Pestzone and specifically Gancy's quick and efficient service.

It was a great service by Gancy. He did an amazing job for mice removal and provided detailed information about how to control uninvited wildlife in a future as well. Even after the work was done he did follow up with me after few weeks that if there are any issues, but thanks to his excellent service, no more mice. I would definitely recommended his service.

As with previous experiences, Gancy was quick to respond to help combat yet another wave of rat infestation in my neighbourhood. With his swift action, I'm hopeful that the issue is addressed, before it got a foothold and became worse (i.e. before they got into the house!)

Gancy was very quick and personable and luckily is very closeby. He did a fast and quick job while at the same time giving me peace at mind and is very honest regatding the mice/rat situation which overall was minimal.
