Spoke to Gancy in morning and came by the afternoon. Thoroughly inspected situation and dealt with the problem. Explained the problem and how to prevent future incidents.He insured his work for 6 months. Pleasant to work with.

Gancy was extremely responsive and was able to come out immediately. He was quite knowledgeable and explained how the traps worked, and how they'd only affect rodents, but not our wild rabbits or chipmunks. After a few days, we stopped seeing the rat who had taken over (and terrorized) the wild rabbits home under our shed. It's been a few weeks now and we appear to be rat-free. Thanks Gancy!!

Gancy came same day and was very quick and efficient in removing 3 hornets nests. Work was guaranteed for 6 months and within that time should any more nests pop up, Gancy assured us he'd remove them for free whether we were home or not.
