Took our little job to move our BBQ line. I know it was such a small job and we had called several other people who would come and never quote. They took the work over the phone - quoted as time and materials. Super professional and reasonably priced. Would hire them again.

I came home end of July to air conditioning not working. House was still a bit cool, but the air handler unit in the attic was just humming and not pushing out any cold air. Getting anyone to service and to go into the attic was going to be difficult. Precision Air was my second call and after a wonderful conversation, Harold not only scheduled me in early the following week, but said he would move a non-emergency call so he could give me time in case it was something time consuming to fix. It ended up thankfully being the capacitor, one of which he happened to have in the truck. I have to say his service, friendliness and the professionalism of his office is top notch. I couldn't have been happier with the outcome and more satisfied with the service he provides. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a provider that is honest and fantastic to deal with!

I contacted Harold to come quote on rerouting a gas pipe due to some recent renovations. Harold was one of the only person who would actually come out and see the project prior to quoting, the rest just fired off crazy high quotes without even coming on site to quote.

I was very happy with the job he completed, and the pipe is exactly how I envisioned and is super tidy (obviously takes pride in his work).

I would recommend him to any one.

Our 35+ year air conditioner chose to break down on the Saturday of the extremely hot recent long weekend. Called Harold and he advised he may be able to help us on the Tuesday after the long weekend when his suppliers opened. After some fruitless additional research for service I called him back but the opening was now taken. He then called back very shortly after to say that he had coaxed a supplier to get a replacement unit for him on the holiday Monday and he would do it then. He came alone in that terrible heat for most of the day to complete a job that usually involves 2 people. He had helped us select the best unit in terms of price and suitability for our home. He was very knowledgeable, professional and pleasant in discussing the various issues around the choice of unit and the actual installation. He also made several changes to existing related piping etc to improve performance. I would recommend him and will use his services in the future .

He was the first to respond to my Homestars service call at 7 am sharp. He was extremely courteous in the phone. He asked a few questions about our problem and was very clear about how he could help, his rates and when he could help.

Despite a very long day in extremely hot weather, he was prompt and quickly diagnosed our issues. His shrewd mind and perfectionist work ethic saved us time and money getting up and running (on a 14 year old unit) with 100% success because he had the parts with him.

I arranged for Harold to come over to install a BBQ line. Harold completed the work quickly and neatly, and the finished product looked good (as much as pipes/hoses can look good). He was knowledgeable, personable and easy going. Good work!
