We started the process in June and paid half upfront as he promised delivery was for July 6th he showed up end of July with half the order asking for another 3k leaving a balance of only $800. We paid because we shared a mutual connection and his delays were blamed on outside issues (he was having moving his camping trailer)
The last bit of the order showed up end of August and he demanded money from my wife, we asked him to return for full payment after everything was fitted and installed and that it was the least he could do for his lengthy delays. He stormed out and never responded since, not that he ever really responded before.
The installer has had numerous issues with measurements that are wrong, bubbling edge tape, 4 gaps and missing hardware.
