Plumbing review in Ajax

I’m changing my review from ten star to one star upon discovering the company failed to pay a contractor for the work repairing our pipes.

I originally had a good experience and was given a great price and used them over other companies. But now I’m stuck paying for contractors who are coming to me to get their money since bob did not pay them

I saw bad reviews and chose to ignore them but now I regret that decision

$6,000.00
What could this company do to improve their services?
Any advice to offer fellow homeowners facing a similar project?

Plumbing review in Ajax

I discovered after purchasing that my home still had kitec plumbing. I spoke to Bob (owner of Ki-fix solutions) along with several other plumbers and quickly saw that Bob was professional and extremely knowledgeable. You could tell he specialized in this service versus the other companies we called.

Him and his team were complete professionals, showed great service, great workmanship and minimized the mess and the time it took to complete the job.

I highly recommend this company
