Staff quickly assessed my location for the truck and items that needed to be moved. They were professional and wasted no time at getting started. The movers protected my home and items such as my mattresses, dresser, and mirror with their equipment. They ensured that none of the walls, staircase, or flooring was damaged during the move. The disassembly of my furniture was quick and neat (almost as if the mover had worked for the furniture company; I was impressed).

Destination: Building
Same as origin, however, I was very please with how professional, polite, and friendly they were to tenants that were already living here. The destination portion of the move was during a busy time of the day and had lots of traffic in and out of the building. This definitely put my mind at ease and turned it into a positive experience.

We have all seen the horror stories on the television and we have also had our fair share of unpleasant experiences with past moves.
Can you trust a written review? - That was my big problem! After many sleepless nights, I called a friend (Farhana K) who is a Real Estate Agent in Brampton - she deals with people who are buying and selling and moving all the time.
Farhana recommended ONE NAME and ONE COMPANY - Pierre at High Energy. I called - he came - his company provided me with a quote for 3 services... 1) the move 2) help packaging 3) cost of boxes .. everything was right there - easy to understand. I am writing this from my new home. The packing and the move went smoothly without a hiccup. I learned that there are some people who love moving (not me) - Pierre - Leo - and their staff. They love what they do and they do it exceptionally well. (yes, I know, I still can't believe anyone loves moving) I was also very impressed (and I am not a push over) with the patience, leadership and communication skills Pierre demonstrated when he worked alongside with his young movers. Not even a sour face or an eyeball roll - just an encouraging wink - and words of encouragement - don't be stressed - let us do the work for you.
His words were his bond.

Pierre came, Pierre saw (so did Leo) and Pierre moved me too.
Nothing bad happened! I don't like moving - but - if I had to do it again there is only one company I would even consider. Thank you Pierre and Leo - both first class guys with big smiles - I wish you were my neighbours.

- The day after the move I texted in a panic because I could not find some shelves - my text was returned PRONTO and my shelves were where they told me they would be. They did NOT ignore my Sunday call and wait until Monday - they treated it as urgent and got right back to me.

Very prompt and pleasant to deal with. Responded to telephone calls and requests promptly. There was a delay in moving some of my belongings from my locker as they were forgotten in the move but they kept me informed as to when they would be delivering them and followed through. I didn't need them right away so I didn't mind too much. I wanted a large desk disassembled so I could store it away in my locker. They could not disassemble as they said the bolts/screws were stripped. My brother was able to disassemble it for me the next day without a problem. The final cost was $600 over the estimate. There were some challenges in moving into new building and some extra packing material required but surprised it was this much over the estimate.

I would not hesitate to recommend high energy transport for all your moving or junk disposable needs. They showed up when they said the would, did what they said they would, and at the price the quoted. we purchased moving supplies and where gladly reimbursed for the item we did not use. if i move again they will be my one and only call.
