We had significant amount of rotten wood on the front of our house.
We were worried it was going to cost a fortune to rebuild.
Our first meeting with Ryan was very helpful - he assured us that only the rotten wood needed to be replaced not the entire structure.
It looks great now and feels very solid so should last a long time.
