Deceiving sales. Very poor attic insulation. Extremely bad customer service. Didn't process rebate properly. Didn't process the right amount of rebate either. Promised $1500 back, but they only submitted $1300.

We are sorry that you didn't have a great experience. We must ensure the quality of our products and installations are up to building code in order to get the rebates at all. The rebate was up to $1,500, but the limit based on the size of your home was $1,300 (2,600 sq. ft. two-story house).
We had to provide the correct information to government and we are sorry that you were expecting the full $1,500.
