Being sick for over a month and my old recliner giving me serious back trouble , I ordered a new chair .Probably delayed by the supplier to this store I finally cancelled the order . Jazz treated me with great respect and understanding even after my mentioning that I purchased another chair elsewhere .She refunded the entire amount of the order .As a pensioner I really appreciate what she did and would recommend this store despite the delays caused by the supplier .

Worst service ever. Promised to get my couch at Christmas time. Waited 4 months for it. Was the wrong size. Customer service was horrible. Charged way to much for delivery. I took it back on my own dollar. Another conpsny had better customer service than the owner Zia. Never again. Cant trust noone for furniture

I bought furniture from home style furniture in Whitby and this is one of my biggest mistake to enter this shop. Owner Zia told me I will get my furniture in 3 to 4 weeks but I got in 6 weeks and when I got furniture it's totally wrong colour fabric I took the pictures before I select the colour and this guy Zia don't except his mistake one of the worst guy I dealt in my life pls to go to this shop

Purchased sofa form this company. Was promised a 4 to 5 week delivery time - 8 weeks passed and still no sofa. Stayed home 3 days in row while on holidays waiting for the sofa on 3 separate promised delivery dates. Beware - Once they take your money the service is horrible.
