Mould remediation - water damage - interior repair + asbestos
We purchased a 100 year old house and it became apparent that mould and water damage were not the only issues but also some astbestos that was affected by the water damage. Gabriel and his team were quick to respond to the initial request, it took many months for the entire project - which is the nature of a busy summer with multiple job sites for Gabriel's company. It did take a longer than we anticipated.
Staff were friendly and courteous - cleaned up after themselves and treated everything carefully.
The results were good. I spoke to Gabriel at one point as the costs were high due to multiple factors (asbestos, extend of damage) and he tried to accommodate where possible.
We received clear cost estimates and Gabriel was able to shave some of the costs of after discussing our financial situation and that insurance was going to pay a cent.
