I was given a few names of mold remediation companies by an independent indoor air quality inspector, and called them all. From the start Gabriel really impressed me. He was prompt, honest, thorough, fair, and kind. Gabriel understood and took seriously my concerns about toxicity in cleaning products and sent me all the safety info and ingredients in products he was proposing to use well in advance. He provided a clear estimate and scope of work, and met all his commitments to me from start to finish. I hired his team to clean up my basement and crawl space, and was totally impressed by everyone: professional, courteous, considerate, conscientious, and incredibly hard working. They did an amazing job. After the job was done, when I had concerns about an area that was impossible to reach and fully clean out (and so was treated with a fogging solution), Gabriel returned to my home and went out of his way to help me understand the limits of what could be done to clean it, explain what the fogging had accomplished, provided me with extra products to manage any future issues, and then spent extra time sealing it for me. This is such a top notch company, run by wonderful people. They answered all my questions and addressed all my concerns, were honest and realistic, and went the extra mile.
