After purchasing our home, we discovered during the summer that the mold issue in the attic was far worse than what the home inspector had indicated (not surprising since he didnt actually inspect the attic).

Its worth noting that other remediation companies simply requested photos to provide bulk pricing without even inspecting the space. Gabriel provided us with a detailed quote the next day and scheduled the remediation for the following week.
