The workers come in the evening before the job started and moved the furniture and packed boxes out of the office area. They called on the day of the job, big snow day, and confirmed that they were coming but were caught in traffic. They arrived, helped to clear the snow from the door, and got to work. They had questions and took time to explain why they were asking the questions. With the snow, they did get a late start and after checking to ensure that someone was able to stick around worked through to ensure that the job was completed to satisfaction and then moved the furniture and boxes back into the office.
