Gaelen was professional from start to finish. He provided a detailed written estimate and consulted extensively with us and our affected neighbours before removing a mature walnut tree with a trunk greater than 3 feet in diameter. There was no clear access to remove the cut limbs of the tree from our yard and it was surrounded by extensive landscaping and garden structures. The delicate job required precision and highly skilled work by a professional climber. We requested that as much of the valuable wood be preserved as possible to defray the cost of removal.

Gaelen and his team were the only arborists who instilled confidence in us and were more than wiling to meet the challenge. He set a date for the work and accomplished the very difficult task in less than 4 days, including stump removal. Gaelen and his wife were excellent in communicating with us at all stages. It was necessary to go through our neighbour's back yard with the cut limbs. Gaelen requested and received permission from our neighbour for this and ensured that the everything was restored to everyone's satisfaction at the conclusion of the work.
