My wife and I were interested in a home that had only some minor concerns. There was already a home inspection provided to us by the sellers agent but it was poorly done and not very detailed at all.
Instead of putting an offer in that we hoped would get accepted that would be conditional on home inspection I decided to do a home inspection prior to any offer. This way I could be confident in what I was buying and hopefully make our offer more attractive as that condition would be removed.
Tony gave a really in depth and straight forward walkthrough. As a first time home buyer I really didn't know what to look for. He not only provided guidance on the things I was concerned about but educated me on some of the other things I should be looking for and would not had noticed. The level of detail with which he went about his work gave me a lot of confidence in making an offer we were comfortable with.
This home inspection was integral to understanding how we wanted to approach our offer and negotiations. I'll be happy to get all my future home inspections through this company.
